Supporting Families Through Compassionate, Personalized Care
PCAP provides long-term, relationship-based support for eligible parents affected by substance use, helping them identify goals, navigate services, and connect with resources that strengthen their families and futures.
Every family’s journey is different. The Parent-Child Assistance Program meets participants where they are, building trusted relationships and providing individualized support based on each family’s needs and goals.
PCAP advocates work alongside participants to navigate complex systems, connect with community resources, strengthen parenting and family stability, and take meaningful steps toward a healthier future.
Rather than providing one-size-fits-all solutions, PCAP meets families where they are and works alongside them to build trust, remove barriers, and celebrate progress.
Every family’s situation is unique. PCAP provides individualized advocacy and practical support that helps parents move toward healthier, more stable lives.
PCAP advocates build consistent relationships with participants, helping them identify goals, navigate challenges, and access services that fit their individual needs.
Families are connected with healthcare, treatment, housing, parenting resources, and other community services that can support their goals.
PCAP helps participants build confidence, strengthen parenting skills, advocate for themselves, and take meaningful steps toward greater stability.
PCAP serves eligible parents affected by substance use who may benefit from long-term advocacy, personalized support, and connections to community resources.
